Counter Sales

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Counter Sales associate in Malden, MA. The ideal candidate will provide excellent service to customers, assist with product selection, and ensure smooth and efficient sales transactions at the counter.

Key Responsibilities

• Answering phones
• waiting on customers
• entering orders
• calling customers for our Out Grow program
• pulling orders
• general cleaning of branch

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous HVAC experience
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Basic math skills and experience with cash handling.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
