Oxford Solutions is seeking a Counter Sales Representative for a direct hire opportunity. Opening are available in Bridgeville, Murrysville and Latrobe, PA.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Onsite (Bridgeville, Murrysville or Latrobe, PA).
Position Overview: In this role, you will assist customers with product selection, order processing, and provide knowledgeable support, particularly with plumbing-related products. This position requires strong communication and customer service skills to maintain and grow customer relationships, as well as the ability to generate new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Assist customers in selecting plumbing and related products
Accurately process customer orders
Provide product knowledge and application support
Maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service
Prospect and generate new business to drive sales
Support daily operations of the sales counter
Qualifications:
Plumbing product knowledge preferred
Previous sales or counter sales experience a plus
Strong communication and customer service skills
Basic math skills for transactions and order accuracy
Able to lift, carry, push or pull weights up to 50 pounds regularly
Valid PA driver’s license required
