Counter Sales Representative

• 1-3+ years of counter sales, retail sales, or customer service experience (construction or building materials preferred)
• Knowledge of construction materials (lumber, tools, hardware, electrical, plumbing, etc.) is highly desirable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic math skills and ability to generate quotes and invoices
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
• Proficient with POS systems or ERP software (e.g., Odoo, SAP, or similar is a plus)
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
