Pool Water Products is currently hiring for full-time, experienced Counter Sales / Warehouse Associates for our Sarasota, Florida distribution facility.

The Position

We are seeking dependable, customer-focused, career-minded individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment, are pro-active, and able to support both front counter sales and warehouse operations. If you are an experienced counter sales and warehouse associate, and want to advance in your career, apply for immediate consideration.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist walk-in customers at the sales counter
• Provide excellent customer service
• Pull parts from the warehouse
• Process invoices and payments accurately
• Pick, pack, and organize orders in the warehouse
• Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment (training provided)
• Load/unload products
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• At least 2 years of direct customer sales/service experience, preferably in a will-call environment
• Minimum of 1 year Warehouse or distribution center experience
• Posses intermediate computer systems skills
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a warehouse environment
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Must be willing to work overtime and occasional Saturdays
