This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday, with overtime as required.Responsibilities: Consult with customers both in person and over the phone to analyze both current and future needs to determine the most appropriate level of service/salesDemonstrate comprehensive company product knowledge to customers and effectively articulate the company's competitive advantageLoad and unload trucks using dollies, dolly carts, forklifts, and other tools as neededUnload, inspect, store, and shift incoming productScan, pick, and load customer ordersMaintain a clean and organized work environmentLocal deliveries to customers' shops or job sitesOther duties as assignedQualifications:Plumbing and/or HVAC knowledge preferredGreat communication skillsAbility to establish and maintain a professional working relationship with co-workers, supervisors, and customers both in person and over the phoneStrong PC skills with Microsoft knowledgeIdeal candidate must be successful, highly motivated, goal-oriented, and have excellent time management skillsMust pass pre-employment testing (drug screen, background check, and driving record check)
