Position Summary The Counter Salesperson is responsible for increasing sales and customer satisfaction by efficiently and professionally assisting walk-in and telephone customers with product selection and purchases. This is a hybrid role that combines counter sales and warehouse responsibilities. In addition to customer-facing duties, this position requires regular participation in warehouse operations, including stocking inventory, maintaining accurate inventory levels, pulling and staging orders, and ensuring materials are fulfilled safely and correctly. Candidates must be comfortable working in both a sales environment and an active warehouse setting. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Customer Service and Sales • Greet all customers promptly and professionally at the counter Warehouse and Inventory Responsibilities • Stock inventory accurately and in assigned locations Team and Operational Support • Attend and participate in team meetings and company events Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent preferred Physical Requirements: • Must be 18 years of age or older Additional Requirements: • Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen, including marijuana, is required. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
