Counterbalance Lift Truck Operator — Ontario, CA 91761

Picture your morning: you complete a quick pre-shift inspection on your sit-down forklift, check your queue, and roll toward the first dock. You stage pallets, load an outbound trailer with precision, then swing to receiving to unload a new shipment. Throughout the day, you keep the aisles clear, verify counts, and record every move so inventory stays accurate. Safety first, speed second—and you help your team hit daily goals without missing a step.

What You’ll Do

• Operate a sit-down counterbalance forklift to move, stage, and stack materials safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload trailers and containers while maintaining accuracy and safe handling practices.
• Complete routine equipment inspections and basic upkeep to keep the lift in top condition.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Track product movement and support inventory accuracy with timely, correct documentation.
• Partner with teammates to achieve production targets and daily deadlines.
• Immediately flag equipment issues or hazards to your supervisor.

What You Bring

• Current forklift certification with hands-on experience on sit-down forklifts.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Sharp attention to detail and an unwavering safety mindset.
• Physical ability to lift heavy items and thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on role.
• Consistent performance to meet KPI expectations.
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• Background in warehouse or manufacturing environments is a plus.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
