Job Summary

The Couplers / Assembly position is responsible for assembling and inspecting products and components used in manufacturing. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently in a production environment, and reliable attendance.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Assemble couplers and related components according to production specifications.
• Operate basic production equipment and hand tools as trained.
• Inspect finished products for quality and proper assembly.
• Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and company policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Lift, move, and handle materials as required.
• Meet daily production and quality standards.
• Work effectively as part of a production team.
• Report quality or equipment concerns to the supervisor.
• Perform other production-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
• Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements.
• Ability to bend, reach, push, and pull.
• Ability to lift and move materials as required.
• Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment.

Work Environment

Fast-paced manufacturing environment. Employees are expected to follow all safety procedures and maintain quality and productivity standards.

Pay: $17.00/hour
Schedule: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, Monday–Friday
