Pay:Starting at $24.00 per hour Location:Tulsa, OK 74110 Shift:Tuesday Friday | 6: 00 AM 4: 30 PM Job Type:Temp-to-Hire Job Order #:125049 Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Coupling Welder to join a manufacturing team in Tulsa, OK. This role is responsible for welding couplings to pipe and related components while ensuring all work meets quality, safety, and production standards.
The ideal Coupling Welder has strong welding skills, experience reading blueprints and measurements, and a commitment to producing high-quality welds in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Required Experience & Skills Previous welding experience required (coupling welding experience preferred) Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and weld specifications Strong understanding of welding procedures and quality standards Ability to accurately use measuring tools and inspection equipment Strong attention to detail and workmanship quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and strong work ethic REQUIRED Must be able to pass a 3G Plate MIG & Flux Core Weld Test Essential Duties & Responsibilities Perform welding operations on couplings using approved welding procedures Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and production documents Inspect completed welds for quality, accuracy, and structural integrity Ensure welds meet customer specifications and company standards Maintain welding equipment and tools in proper working condition Follow all company safety policies and welding procedures Meet production schedules while maintaining quality workmanship Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Assist with additional fabrication and welding duties as assigned Preferred Qualifications Coupling welding experience Manufacturing or pipe fabrication experience Experience working with MIG and Flux Core welding processes Knowledge of weld symbols and fabrication drawings Physical Requirements Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work throughout the shift Ability to work safely around welding equipment and industrial machinery Ability to wear required PPE for extended periods Work Environment Industrial manufacturing environment Exposure to heat, welding fumes, sparks, and production equipment Required use of welding PPE and safety equipment at all times Fast-paced environment focused on quality, safety, and production efficiency Why You'll Want This Opportunity Four-day work week with extended weekends Competitive starting pay with advancement opportunities Long-term temp-to-hire opportunity Stable manufacturing environment Opportunity to expand welding skills and experience Ready to Apply?
