Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Coupling Welder to join our team. This position is responsible for welding couplings to specified materials while ensuring precision, strength, and quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities: Perform welding operations on couplings using appropriate welding techniques Read and interpret blueprints and work orders Inspect welds for quality, accuracy, and durability Maintain welding equipment and tools Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines Meet production deadlines and quality expectations
Requirements: Previous welding experience required (coupling or similar preferred) Ability to read measuring tools and blueprints Strong attention to detail and workmanship quality Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Work Environment: Industrial/manufacturing setting Exposure to heat, welding fumes, and noise Use of PPE required at all times
