Overview
Job Summary:
Responsible for overall accountability ensuring and maintaining assigned courses. In addition, maintains
accountability for teaching, directing and evaluating nursing students in theory, laboratory, and clinical
practice by planning and developing course content and related experiences in a specific department of
nursing education. Course Coordinators prepare course and clinical schedules and provides input for
instructor and adjunct instructor, and staff evaluations.

Enters and posts students` grades and academic standing in a timely manner.
Formats learning management system relevant to the course.
Evaluates students` performance in the classroom, lab, and clinical settings and provides feedback as
needed to foster clinical judgment.
Orients new faculty to faculty role and clinical setting.
Maintains open communication with students, faculty, staff, nursing program administrators, affiliating
agencies and members of Middlesex College community.
Performs other duties and/or projects as assigned.
Adheres to HMH Organizational competencies and standards of behavior.
Qualifications
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Masters Degree in Nursing
Five years of clinical nursing experience

Compensation
Minimum rate of $92,144.00 Annually
