Instrument Assembly Technician
*$20--$21/hour | Full-Time | Monday--Friday, 6:30 AM -- 3:30 PM*

As an Instrument Assembly Technician, you'll be responsible for assembling and testing high-quality instrumentation to exact tolerances --- helping ensure every unit meets the highest standards of accuracy and performance.
This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role ideal for someone who enjoys precision work, problem-solving, and contributing to a collaborative production environment.
What You'll Do:
- Assemble analytical instruments and subcomponents according to ISO work instructions, schematics, and customer orders
- Perform final assembly and power-up/testing of completed units
- Read and work from production drawings and blueprints
- Use calibrated tools, hand tools, and electronic test equipment (like multimeters)
- Handle chemically aggressive fluids (acids and bases) in a controlled, safety-conscious environment
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow standard operating procedures
- Support quality and process improvement efforts as part of a collaborative team
What You Bring:
- 1+ year of experience in precision assembly, electronics, or related mechanical work preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to follow technical instructions
- Basic computer literacy for label creation and data entry
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and meet production goals
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Team-oriented attitude with a proactive approach to your work
Schedule & Pay:
- Monday -- Friday | 6:30 AM -- 3:30 PM
- Overtime may be required depending on production needs
- Pay: $20.00 -- $21.00/hour, depending on experience
