The Panther Group is seeking an experienced CourseLeaf Systems Administrator for a 4–5 month contract opportunity supporting a major university system upgrade and ongoing curriculum management operations. This is a fully remote opportunity open to candidates anywhere in the U.S. who can work Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.

This role is ideal for a hands-on CourseLeaf professional with strong experience supporting CIM, CAT, Program Management, and related modules within a higher education environment. The ideal candidate will be able to hit the ground running, work independently, and partner with academic and registrar teams in a complex, multi-campus setting.
What You’ll Do CourseLeaf 10 Upgrade Support
  • Serve as the functional lead for the institution’s CourseLeaf 10 upgrade
  • Conduct end-to-end testing of:
    • CIM course and program proposal forms
    • Workflow routing and approval logic
    • Reporting Engine functionality
    • SIS/Banner integration continuity
  • Validate UI/UX updates and identify broken workflows, layouts, or missing fields
  • Document test cases, results, and defects and coordinate issue resolution with internal IT teams and Leepfrog support
  • Participate in go/no-go decisions for production deployment
Workflow & Proposal Management
  • Configure and maintain approval workflows for course and program proposals
  • Monitor proposal queues and resolve workflow bottlenecks
  • Manage rollback and shred functions for proposal corrections and resets
  • Support curriculum operations and ensure timely proposal processing
Catalog & Curriculum Administration (CAT)
  • Manage catalog workflows, publishing schedules, and annual go-live cycles
  • Assign page ownership across departments and colleges
  • Maintain shared and borrowed catalog content to ensure consistency and accuracy
  • Verify approved curriculum changes flow correctly into catalog pages
Banner / SIS Support
  • Enter approved course and program data into Banner
  • Validate successful data synchronization between CourseLeaf and SIS platforms
  • Support data integrity and reporting accuracy
Training & Stakeholder Support
  • Develop and update user guides and training materials
  • Train faculty, department chairs, curriculum committees, and registrar staff on workflow or interface updates
  • Provide functional support and troubleshooting assistance during and after implementation
Required Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • CourseLeaf CIM
    • CourseLeaf CAT
    • Program Management modules
  • Experience supporting CourseLeaf workflow administration and curriculum operations
  • Experience with Banner SIS integration and data management
  • Ability to perform functional testing, workflow validation, and defect tracking
  • Strong understanding of higher education curriculum and catalog processes
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior CourseLeaf 10 upgrade experience
  • Experience working in large or multi-campus university environments
  • Experience supporting registrar, curriculum, or academic operations teams
  • Strong stakeholder training and change management experience


Pay is $50 per hour DOE
