ICW/Vulnerable Adults. This position has regular contact with or control over Indian Children and Vulnerable Adults. In compliance with Federal Law, this position will not be filled by an applicant with any felonious offense or any of two or more misdemeanor offenses under Federal, State, or Tribal law involving crimes of violence; sexual assault, molestation, exploitation, contact, or prostitution; crimes against persons; or offenses committed against children.
GENERAL SUMMARY
The Court Clerk position is responsible for Criminal, Civil, Youth, Family, Traffic, Juvenile, Truancy, Wellness and Traditional Courts. The Court Clerk is responsible that work is performed with speed, accuracy and attention to detail. The Court Clerk performs a variety of technical clerical duties related to proceedings for the Tribal Court and Judicial Services Personnel. The Court Clerk is responsible for carrying out duties in accordance with specific and detailed instructions as to the procedures, methods and techniques to be used. This position requires independent judgement from time to time.
