Johnson Service Group is looking for a Court Clerk.
On site role in Punta Gorda, FL (33950)
6-month contract to hire.

This is a moderately complex position assisting the personnel with various matters.
Customer services skills include: ability to interact with the public in a friendly, positive, courteous and professional manner.
Must maintain superior communication and follow-up skills when dealing with the public, support staff and management.
Heavy computer and technical skills are essential to completing daily tasks.

MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A TYPING TEST TYPING 35 WORDS A MINUTE
Must be able to pass a BACKGROUND & DRUG TEST!

Responsibilities

Greet callers by answering all incoming calls.
Assists public and other personnel over the phone with questions related to court records, access to online forms, and information on the filing of documents or directs calls to the appropriate department or agency.
