COURT COMPLIANCE OFFICER

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Under general supervision of the Court Administrator, provides assistance to the Municipal Court Judge with supervised probation services, by supervising defendants, facilitating court appearances, and ensure compliance with court ordered conditions of probation.

STARTING PAY: $25.10 P/H

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATION:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Associates Degree in applied science, criminal justice, or human services and/or licensure in Certified Peer Support Work-CPSW
• Two (2) years of experience in supervising, court case processing, legal secretarial, or related field such as human services, case management and/or social work may be substituted in lieu of CPSW
• Five (5) years of experience may be substituted in lieu of Associates Degree
• Valid driver"s license (state of residence). Must meet City"s insurability requirements.

OTHER CONDITIONS:

• Must pass background check

• Experience and knowledge in judicial system
• Bilingual
