Court Reporter (Depositions & Litigation) - San Francisco, CA

CLFC is expanding its court reporting roster in San Francisco to support deposition and litigation reporting. We are seeking experienced California court reporters interested in picking up deposition, arbitration, and examination under oath assignments alongside their existing clients and caseload.

• Compensation: $40.00 per hour for appearance time, plus 70% of the negotiated transcript rate. Real-time, expedited, and daily copy assignments carry additional compensation.
• Full Administrative Support: CLFC handles contracting, logistics, client coordination, and invoicing so you can focus entirely on verbatim reporting and transcript delivery.
• Streamlined Workflow: Assignments, updates, and schedule management are coordinated through CLFC's BRIDGE App to minimize administrative downtime.

Requirements

• Active court reporting certification or licensure in good standing as required in California.
• Demonstrated experience reporting depositions, arbitrations, and complex civil litigation.
• Reliable real-time or standard transcript turnaround capabilities.
