Shared Services: Transportation Services- (Full-Time, Day Shift)

Job Summary: The Courtesy Van Driver 2 is responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of staff, faculty, visitors patients and patient-related items throughout the University, Medical Center and surrounding facilities as instructed. Drivers are to comply with all State and Federal Traffic Laws at all times, as well as with the organizations regulations. Must operate the vehicles assigned in a safe and courteous manner at all times. Must maintain a current and valid commercial drivers license issued by the State of California. Must have excellent interpersonal skills. Performs other duties as needed.

Education and Experience: Minimum one year of professional driving experience preferred.

• Use computer, printer, and software programs necessary to the position (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Operate/troubleshoot basic office equipment required for the position

Licensures and Certifications:

• Valid Drivers License required at time of hire
• Class B drivers license with passengers endorsement required
• Drivers operating vehicles to and from airport facilities are preferred to have a Chauffeurs endorsement
