Position Summary:
Courtyard by Marriott Lexington North is seeking a motivated and experienced Bistro Supervisor to lead our Bistro team. The Bistro Supervisor is responsible for daily operations, guest satisfaction, and ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, train, and support Bistro team members
- Ensure exceptional guest service at all times
- Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and assist with scheduling
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Ensure compliance with Marriott brand standards and local health regulations
- Collaborate with hotel management to achieve operational goals
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or lead role in food & beverage or hospitality (preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Food safety certification (ServSafe or similar) preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality degree is a plus
