Key Responsibilities
- Coveo Platform Development
- Design, develop, and maintain Coveo-powered search solutions.
- Configure Coveo sources, crawlers, pipelines, and indexing strategies.
- Implement query pipelines, ranking expressions, machine learning models, and relevancy tuning.
- Develop custom search interfaces using Coveo Headless, Atomic, JavaScript, or React frameworks.
- Configure facets, result templates, search hubs, and recommendation components.
Integration & Content Management:
- Integrate Coveo with enterprise platforms such as Client, ServiceNow, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Sitecore, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), and custom applications.
- Configure content synchronization and indexing processes.
- Manage security trimming and access permissions for indexed content.
- Develop APIs and connectors to ingest data from external systems.
Analytics & Optimization:
- Monitor search performance and user behavior using Coveo Analytics.
- Analyze search metrics and identify opportunities to improve relevance and adoption.
- Optimize search experiences using ML models, recommendations, and AI-driven insights.
- Create dashboards and reports for business stakeholders.
