The Arc Oneida-Lewis Chapter is seeking to add a Residential Coverage Coordinator to our Residential Services team! In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating staff coverage across residential homes in Lewis County to ensure the health, safety, and well-being of the people we support.
Working closely with the Residential Administrative Team, you will manage staffing plans, coordinate coverage for vacant shifts, and maintain communication with residential staff to ensure all homes are adequately staffed.
Any combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge and skills may be considered. Typical qualifications include:
