Job Summary
The Coverage Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and optimizing staff scheduling to ensure consistent, timely coverage for client care needs. This role partners closely with clinical and operational teams to align staffing resources with patient requirements, maintain continuity of care, and support a high-quality service experience. The Coverage Coordinator utilizes sound judgment, strong communication, and proactive problem-solving to address scheduling gaps, balance staff utilization, and respond to changing needs in a fast-paced environment. This position plays a critical role in supporting operational efficiency and reinforcing Angels of Care's commitment to reliable, patient-centered care delivery.
