Location: Roanoke, VA
We are seeking an experienced
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a strong background in accounting and tax preparation to join our team in a
hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review individual and business tax returns (federal and state)
- Perform general accounting functions, including financial statements and reconciliations
- Provide tax planning and compliance support
- Communicate with clients regarding accounting and tax matters
- Stay current on tax laws, regulations, and accounting standards
Qualifications:
- Active CPA license (required)
- Experience in accounting and tax preparation
- Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations
- Experience with accounting and tax software
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting
