This is a high-tech, high-autonomy role for an auditor who wants to use technology to eliminate manual work and be relevant.Quality Governance: Conduct high-level technical reviews of audit workpapers, GASB financial statements, and reports prepared by our team.AI Integration: Actively utilize and oversee Agentic AI tools to enhance audit precision.Client Service: Lead all client-facing communications. You must be as comfortable on a video call or a quick text as you are in a formal report.Leadership: Direct and mentor our Indian and US staff to maintain strict GAGAS/OMB compliance.QualificationsActive US CPA (Mandatory).Specialization: 3+ years of deep experience in GAGAS (Yellow Book) and OMB Uniform Guidance .Mindset: A "continuous learner" who views AI as a tool for excellence, not a threat.Stress-free: We don't track hours; we track quality and results.
