The Intern/Work Study Student will provide administrative and project support to various departments, offering an opportunity to develop professional skills in a dynamic environment. Core Duties:
- Conduct research and compile information for reports, presentations, or projects as assigned.
- Provide customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, as appropriate.
- Help with roll out execution, including logistics and material preparation.
- Perform general office tasks such as copying, scanning, and managing office supplies.
- Contribute to team projects, offering creative ideas and solutions where applicable.
- Adhere to institutional policies, including confidentiality and workplace safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university, eligible for Federal Work Study Program.
- Senior in High School or recent High School graduate or GED equivalent.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor.
- Prior office or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- A minimum of 16 hours a week in person is required.
