Someone who is energetic, passionate, and believes in the mission of Chrysalis. A person that can inspire and excite trainees to enhance their employment experience by having a positive attitude and quality service delivery. Educate individuals on company policies and relate them to their task of providing excellent service.

Position Summary:

The CPR Instructor is responsible to teach classes using the provided educational materials. The instructor also portrays and teaches the company culture and expectations. Helping employees gain a vision of how to make a difference daily in applying the five Chrysalis Values: Respect, Safety, Fun, Mentoring, and Accountability. The CPR trainer is one of the people that creates the first impression of Chrysalis.

Minimum Qualifications:

18 years of age, currently certified in CPR, capable of communicating effectively in both verbal and written form and the ability to teach in a group setting. As a condition of employment the candidate must be able to attend and pass the train the trainer program.
