Summary:
Seeking an experienced C&Q Lead with 8+ years of pharmaceutical commissioning and qualification experience on large-scale greenfield or brownfield projects.
Key Requirements:
- 8+ years of pharmaceutical C&Q experience
- Experience leading large C&Q teams (100+ personnel)
- Strong knowledge of commissioning, qualification, startup, and validation activities
- Proven leadership on major capital projects
- Ability to work onsite in a fast-paced construction environment
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee C&Q execution activities
- Develop C&Q strategies, schedules, and project plans
- Coordinate FAT, commissioning, qualification, and startup activities
- Manage pre-commissioning tasks, utilities, calibration, automation, and LOTO activities
- Act as the primary client contact and report project progress, risks, and issues
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
