Job Description and Requirements for: 

CR Production Lead 

 

Summary of responsibilities: 

This person is responsible for the day to day production, operations pertaining to Condition Report Processes and warehouse operation. This person is responsible for CR production equipment and tools and their maintenance, replacement and progression training. The person will assist with staff organization and production planning This person will always set a positive example for NPA and its employees, act respectfully towards others and will encourage a safe and healthy work environment. 

 

Basic employee responsibilities: 

  • Arrive to work on time per your required work schedule 

  • Run Inventory/Prep reports to ensure units are getting processed in a timely manner 

  • Always be courteous and respectful to fellow employees and customers 

  • Company equipment must be used for company purposes only 

  • Company vehicles must be operated safely and within their intended purpose 

  • Dress appropriately to your particular job duties and within the parameters of our current employee manual, (No open toed shoes in warehouse) 

  • Always pick up after yourself  

  • Keep your work area neat and clean 

  • Encourage safety 

  • Always ask questions if you are unsure 

 

Job specific responsibilities: 

  • Overall Condition Report Operations planning 

  • CR reporting based on current business directives 

  • Future training and QC of current CR Techs 

  • CR Production planning 

  • Reviews and QC’s all production work 

  • Communicate and identify discrepancies in our CR processes to the VP of Operations and assist in making the necessary improvements and adjustments. 

  • Discuss discrepancies with Dealers, Clients, Buyers and Employees of NPA as necessary with direction from GM’s  

  • Responsible for keeping track of company tools and equipment and necessary maintenance of new applications 

  • Reports daily production status 

  • Will participate in weekly sales and operations meetings 

  • Will encourage safety and a healthy work environment
