OverviewThis is a remote role that may be hired in several markets across the United States. This position is responsible for supporting the First Line of Defense (FLOD) Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) Program. The role provides effective support and collaborates between internal relationships with business units and regions in developing goals, strategies, and performance management to meet the Bank's CRA goals and objectives. Assists in the coordination, execution, and administration of CRA programs and projects. Tracks and reports progress against milestones. Analyses data to evaluate the effectiveness of solutions and recommends improvements to enhance processes.ResponsibilitiesCRA Program Support – Effectively collaborates with internal business units, key stakeholders, regulators, and program managers. Analyze performance, develop action plans, and contribute to Performance Context Document (PCD) development. Assist with maintaining standards and procedures.CRA Examination Preparation – Support with planning and preparing for CRA examinations. Assist with regulatory reporting and responding to regulatory requests.Review, Analysis & Rationale Write‑Up – Interpret CRA regulations to review potential community development activities and prepare rationale write‑ups that accurately reflect the Bank's activities and impact on communities including verification and cataloguing of necessary documentation. Conduct analysis and evaluates the effectiveness of CRA programs and provides recommendations for improvements.Other duties and priorities as needed.QualificationsBachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in program coordination or support OR High School Diploma or GED and 6 years of experience in program coordination or support.Preferred4+ years experience in Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) program First Line of Defense compliance and examinationCommunity Development Finance experience within a Large Financial InstitutionCompensationThe base pay for this position is generally between $70,200 and $107,640. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non‑discriminatory factors permitted by law.
