Craft Barista – Coffee, Matcha & Signature Drinks (Rakia Coffee)

Rakia is opening a thoughtfully built coffee shop in Jacksonville, focused on clean execution, strong workflow, and a high-quality guest experience.

We're building a bar team that can move confidently during a rush while maintaining consistency in both taste and presentation.

This is not an entry-level role.

You should already be comfortable working in a busy bar, managing multiple drinks at once, steaming milk properly, and maintaining consistency during service.

• Work in a clean, organized bar during service
  
• Execute espresso drinks with consistency and speed
  
• Steam milk properly and pour clean latte art during service
  
• Prepare matcha and signature drinks with attention to detail
  
• Handle multiple tickets at once without sacrificing quality
  
• Execute pour-over when needed
  
• Maintain strong bar workflow and station organization
  

• Previous barista experience (required)
  
• Comfortable working a busy bar independently
  
• Strong milk skills and ability to pour basic latte art (heart, tulip, etc.)
  
• Clean and organized under pressure
  
• Able to communicate clearly with guests and guide them through the menu
  
• Takes pride in both product and service
