Craft Cocktail Bartender

Ravens Club is Ann Arbor's prohibition-era speakeasy cocktail bar a high-volume, atmosphere-forward concept where the drink program is the centerpiece. We're looking for a bartender who takes craft seriously: someone who geeks out over technique, knows their spirits, and can read a room as well as they can build a cocktail.

You'll be working in a fast-paced environment with a loyal guest base that comes specifically for the experience not just a drink. We expect creativity, professionalism, and genuine hospitality in equal measure.

What we're looking for:

• Demonstrated craft cocktail experience (bar program, hotel bar, or concept-driven restaurant)
  
• Strong spirits knowledge
  
• Ability to execute consistently under volume without sacrificing quality
  
• Guest-first attitude with real personality behind the bar
  
• Team player who communicates well and shows up prepared
  

Bonus points for: original cocktail development experience, knowledge of prohibition-era cocktail history, Tock or reservation-system familiarity
