Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Craftsman / Skilled Construction Worker with hands-on experience in residential and/or commercial construction. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience with layout, framing, trim, and general carpentry 
• Ability to read basic plans and follow instructions
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Responsibilities:

• Perform framing, drywall installation/repair, and painting tasks
• Assist with general construction duties as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
• Follow project timelines and supervisor directions
• Ensure quality workmanship on all tasks
