E.S. Wagner Company LLC is seeking a skilled Crane Operator to join our team of construction professionals on our multi-year Charlotte-Douglas International Airport (CLT) project in Charlotte, NC.

Position Summary

• Operate hydraulic and lattice boom
• Operate other types of equipment (backhoes, excavators, etc.)
• Placing concrete from a truck and drive piling
• Know how to inspect the crane for unsafe conditions, complete required records, and communicate the unsafe conditions to the proper authority

Qualifications

• NCCCO or similar certification for minimum of 3 years with specialties in LAT
• Minimum of five years experience in all phases of commercial construction
• Excellent team and communication skills
• Ability to problem solve and adjust to changing circumstances
• Be able to work in a variety of seasonal and weather conditions
• Demonstrate safely working around heavy equipment
• Successfully pass pre-employment drug screening
