What You'll Do

• Run scrap yard cranes (grapple, magnet, shear)
• Load scrap into balers and equipment
• Sort and stage materials in the yard
• Inspect and maintain equipment daily
• Communicate with ground crew for safe moves

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years crane experience (scrap or similar)
• Experience with grapple and magnet required
• Shear experience is a plus
• Strong safety mindset
• Reliable and team-oriented

Pay & Benefits

• $20 to $24 per hour
