Crane Operator (Rough Terrain, Friction, Lattice Boom)

Responsibilities:

Brasfield & Gorrie is currently accepting applications for Crane Operator (Rough Terrain, Friction, Lattice Boom). Below are the main responsibilities for this position.

• Operate mechanical boom and cable, friction cranes, or tower and cable equipment to lift and move materials, machines, or products in many directions on a commercial construction project
• Interpret and follow all signals
• Position requires completing daily and weekly inspection and maintenance reports 
• Position requires working in all types of weather
• Must adhere to safety protocol, and work in a drug-free environment
• Must know instrument and control panels

 

Education - Skills - Knowledge - Qualifications & Experience:

• 5 years Commercial Construction Crane Operator experience preferred
• Must have current and valid NCCCO certification
• Must fluently speak and write English
• Ability to read load charts
