Like working with your hands? Enjoy building something solid that actually goes somewhere? Join our Shipping & Packaging team and turn raw wood into custom crates, skids, and packaging that protect high-value products.
What You’ll Do
- Build custom wood and cardboard crates from blueprints.
- Run basic woodworking equipment (table saws, panel saws, dado saws).
- Use hand and pneumatic tools (nailers, staplers, drills, hammers).
- Measure, cut, assemble, and inspect for quality and fit.
- Load, package, seal, and move finished crates.
- Operate a lift truck (we’ll train you!).
What We’re Looking For
- Experience with wood construction or carpentry.
- Comfortable using commercial woodworking equipment safely.
- Can lift 50 lbs. and stay on your feet during the shift.
- Able to read basic drawings and use a tape measure accurately.
- Solid math skills and mechanical problem-solving ability.
- Willing to learn, follow procedures, and grow your skills.
