Goshen | $18/hr starting Schedule: 4:00 AM–2:30 PM, Monday–Friday + some Saturdays as needed
We are looking for a reliable, hands-on Crate Builder/Packer to build crates, package products, and prepare orders for shipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position requires attention to detail, safe tool use, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Build wooden crates according to work orders and specifications.
Pack and securely prepare products for shipment.
Apply labels and shipping tags accurately.
Safely use nail guns, hand tools, and power tools.
Move and handle materials safely, using team lifting when needed.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all safety procedures and required PPE.
REQUIREMENTS:
Reliable attendance and dependable transportation.
Ability to follow instructions and work orders.
Comfortable using basic hand and power tools.
Strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity.
Ability to stand, bend, reach, lift, push, and pull throughout the shift.
Manufacturing, packaging, woodworking, or crate-building experience preferred but not required.
Training provided.
Required PPE: Safety glasses, gloves, and safety-toe shoes.
