Crater – 1st Shift

Position Summary
The Crater/Packager is responsible for crating, uncrating, assembling, and packaging materials for domestic and international shipments. This role plays a key part in ensuring customer expectations are met through quality workmanship, on-time completion of orders, and adherence to safety standards. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to a proactive safety culture.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Package and crate materials according to established procedures and customer specifications.
- Build custom wooden crates using measuring tools and wood-cutting equipment.
- Uncrate, assemble, and prepare materials for shipment as required.
- Accurately crate and pack medical equipment for both domestic and international orders.
- Maintain a high level of quality and attention to detail while meeting production deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers regarding packaging and shipping needs.
- Follow all company safety rules, policies, and procedures to support a safe work environment.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

- Ability to read and follow work instructions and specifications.
- Experience using measuring tools and basic woodworking or cutting equipment preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
