The Manufacturing Associate supports the production team by preparing final products for shipment, including sealing, crating, and staging with a pallet jack. They collaborate across departments, maintain a safe and organized workspace, and communicate effectively through work instructions and emails. The role may include assisting in quality control activities and supporting inspection and MRB tasks. Success requires attention to quality, adaptability, and a focus on safety.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, relevant experience accepted
• Physically demanding, involving walking, lifting (up to 50 lbs.), and operating manual equipment
• Must have manual dexterity, multi-tasking skills, and work well in a fast-paced environment
