Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM

Job Summary

The Crating Associate is responsible for preparing, packing, securing, and crating products for shipment. This position requires physical work, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Pack and prepare products for shipment.

• Build and assemble wooden crates and other packaging structures.

• Use basic hand tools and materials required for crating and packaging.

• Secure products properly to prevent damage during transportation.

• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse as needed.

• Inspect products and packaging to ensure they meet quality requirements.

• Assist with general warehouse and production duties.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

• Follow company safety procedures and workplace policies.

• Work efficiently to meet daily production and shipping expectations.

• Perform additional duties as assigned based on operational needs.

Job Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds repetitively.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

• Ability to bend, reach, lift, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.

• Comfortable working in a warehouse/manufacturing environment.

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

• Dependable attendance and punctuality.

• Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Closed-toe work shoes and appropriate work clothing are required.

Break Schedule

• 10:30 AM: 15-minute paid break

• 12:30 PM or 1:00 PM: 30-minute unpaid lunch, depending on department

• 3:00 PM: 15-minute paid break
