Creative Design Project Specialist

Project & Process Management Co-ordinator

• Coordinate project intake requests and align priorities with team leaders.
• Create, track, and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Monitor team capacity, balance workloads, and optimize resource allocation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain high accuracy, quality, and attention to detail across deliverables.

Stakeholder Management

• Build strong stakeholder relationships and manage project expectations.
• Provide constructive recommendations and challenge assumptions where appropriate.
• Communicate project updates, risks, and decisions clearly to all stakeholders.

Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare monthly project and resource utilization reports.
• Track resource availability and capacity to support planning.
• Support project planning, scheduling, risk assessment, and resource allocation.
• Analyze project performance and operational metrics to drive improvements.

YOU HAVE:

• Graduate or Postgraduate Diploma in Project Management or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in an advertising agency, publication, or similar environment.
• Proven experience working with large, cross-functional, and global teams.
• Proficiency in project management tools and project tracking systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and MS Office skills.
• Experience with online project management platforms (e.g., Monday.com).
• Knowledge of graphic design, web design, or multimedia design principles is a plus.
