Role Overview

We are looking for a creative person who can own the visual direction, campaign concepts, website creative ideas, emailer design direction, banner copies, and overall aesthetic presentation of the brand.

This role is not only about creating Canva graphics. The person should be able to think visually, understand premium fashion aesthetics, create clean layouts, suggest strong campaign ideas, write simple but effective banner copy, and guide the execution team with clear creative briefs.

The ideal candidate should have strong taste, good design sense, an understanding of fashion/lifestyle branding, and the ability to convert product launches, collections, and brand stories into visually appealing campaigns across website, email, and social media.

Key Responsibilities

1. Email Marketing & Creative Direction

  • Own content and creative direction for all email campaigns.
  • Curate product selection and campaign storytelling angles.
  • Suggest email themes, banner copy, CTAs, layout direction, and product sections.
  • Review and approve email copy/design direction before campaigns go live.
  • Recommend improvements in messaging, storytelling, layout, and brand feel.

2. Website Content & Brand Experience

Own website content/design direction, including:

  • Homepage messaging
  • Collection pages
  • Product storytelling
  • Promotional banners
  • Website announcements
  • Headings and copy
  • Landing page structure

Also responsible for checking website hygiene:

  • Broken links
  • Missing images
  • Incorrect content
  • Formatting issues
  • Copy errors
  • Outdated banners

3. Social Media & Instagram Stories

  • Plan, design, and manage Instagram story content.
  • Create premium, on-brand story layouts.
  • Plan posts/stories 1–2 weeks in advance.
  • Ensure content is posted according to US audience timings.
  • Maintain a premium and brand-consistent tone across social channels.

4. Campaign Ideation

  • Conceptualize campaigns for new arrivals, bestsellers, resort edits, vacation edits, gifting, product launches, and sale campaigns.
  • Create campaign names, moodboards, visual direction, copy angles, and product presentation ideas.
  • Provide clear creative briefs to the execution team.
  • Ensure campaigns are consistent across website, email, social, and ads.

5. Content Review & Quality Control

  • Review and approve outgoing brand content.
  • Ensure consistency in titles, bullet points, product descriptions, website copy, email copy, campaign messaging, and banner copy.
  • Maintain a premium brand voice across all customer touchpoints.
  • Catch errors before content goes live.

What We’re Looking For

Someone who thinks like a brand custodian, not just a writer or designer.

The right person should have:

  • Strong Canva design skills
  • Strong fashion/lifestyle aesthetic sense
  • Website layout understanding
  • Email campaign design understanding
  • Basic copywriting for banners, CTAs, headlines, and campaign messaging
  • Campaign ideation ability

  • Instagram story design skills

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Shopify understanding
  • Klaviyo/email platform understanding
  • Photoshop/Illustrator knowledge
  • Experience with fashion, lifestyle, beauty, resort, or premium consumer brands
  • Understanding of US customer preferences

Work Setup

  • Hybrid role
  • 1–2 days per week in office, if possible, Gurgaon
  • Some flexibility required for US business-hour coordination or late meetings
  • Routine meetings not required unless there is a campaign, product launch, website update, or creative review
  • Tasks will be assigned with proper notice and timelines
