Qualifications
- Experience working in the AEC industry
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in content creation, marketing, communications, or social media management.
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to translate technical project information into compelling content. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design software.
- Ability to create visually appealing marketing materials and presentations.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. - Detail-oriented with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with proposal development, project photography coordination, and website content management is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Create and manage engaging content for the firm's social media platforms, website, and marketing campaigns.
- Develop project stories, graphics, photography selections, and other content that showcases the firm's work, culture, and expertise.
- Maintain and execute the social media content calendar, including writing posts, scheduling content, and monitoring engagement.
- Assist with the development of marketing collateral, presentations, project sheets, and promotional materials.
- Support proposal and qualification package preparation by gathering project information, resumes, and relevant content from past projects.
- Collaborate with project teams to capture completed work, client success stories, and firm achievements.
- Coordinate marketing and business development initiatives that strengthen brand awareness and support firm growth.
- Help maintain the firm's website and ensure marketing content remains current and accurate.
- Track and report on social media and marketing performance metrics.
- Stay informed on industry trends and identify creative opportunities to enhance the firm's marketing efforts.
