As a Creative Director, Brand & Marketing you will lead the creative direction for marketing initiatives across advertising, digital platforms, product packaging, retail merchandising, and brand storytelling. The Creative Director will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and technical teams to translate business objectives into compelling creative strategies that strengthen brand recognition and drive business growth.

About the Role
Responsibilities:
Lead the creative direction for all brand expressions, including advertising, digital content, product packaging, B2B and B2C communications, and retail merchandising.
Manage, mentor and develop an internal team of Graphic Designers.
Develop and oversee integrated marketing campaigns spanning digital, print, video, social, retail, and trade channels.
Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and technical teams to translate business goals into compelling visual and narrative strategies.
Establish brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all touchpoints while identifying opportunities for brand evolution and modernization.
Analyze performance of creative initiatives and adjust strategy based on insights, engagement, and ROI.
Work closely with the Vice President, Marketing and other leadership to develop the long-term vision of the marketing function and contribute to strategic planning initiatives.
About You
We Require:
10+ years of experience in creative roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity—preferably in a product-centric, industrial, construction, or B2B/B2C environment.
Strong portfolio that showcases a range of work across multiple platforms and demonstrates strategic thinking and execution.
Deep understanding of brand building, digital marketing, packaging design, and customer engagement.
Experience developing high-level creative strategies that support business growth objectives.
Experience implementing or managing Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems and creative intake/workflow platforms that improve collaboration, asset governance, and creative production efficiency.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a clear interest in growing into a broader marketing leadership role.
