We're looking for a bold and innovative Creative Director to help shape the future of Amazon's in-house creative agency, Global Studio. This is a rare opportunity to lead world-class creative across Prime Video, Sports, and Amazon MGM Studios-building campaigns and visual systems seen by millions of customers worldwide. You'll guide a multidisciplinary team of writers, designers, and art directors, translating strategy into bold resonant ideas. Key job responsibilities: • Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team of writers, art directors, and designers to deliver exceptional creative work across global campaigns and franchises. • Partner with business stakeholders, brand teams, and marketing leaders to translate strategic goals into compelling, high-impact creative executions. • Shape the creative direction for Prime Video and related brands, ensuring a cohesive voice and visual identity across regions and channels. • Oversee end-to-end creative development-from concept and storytelling to execution-across digital, broadcast, social, print, and out-of-home platforms. • Elevate the creative bar through mentoring, creative reviews, and clear feedback loops, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration within the in-house studio model. • Collaborate with Creative Ops leadership to integrate AI tools, creative technologies, and scalable systems that enhance quality, efficiency, and creative possibilities. • Partner closely with Design Production and Program Management to ensure seamless campaign delivery and adherence to visual and brand standards. • Champion experimentation and innovation, leading pilots in AI-assisted design, concepting, and creative automation to increase creative speed, consistency, and impact.

About the team GSS' Creative Operations team serves as Amazon Prime Video's in-house creative studio, delivering end-to-end creative development for Prime Video, Sports, Amazon MGM Studios, and other content verticals worldwide. As part of Global Shared Services (GSS), the team partners closely with regional and central marketing organizations to develop high-impact campaigns, toolkits, and visual systems that scale globally. Creative Ops blends strategic thinking, creative craft, and operational rigor to raise the bar on quality, consistency, and efficiency-while selectively integrating new tools and technologies to enable faster, smarter, and more innovative ways of working.
