Spy Ninjas are unique within the YouTube space, as we create multiple 20–30 minute narrative episodes, every week.Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and visionary Creative Director to help elevate our creative strategy on YouTube and other social platforms. Someone who understands how to tell compelling, data-informed stories that drive both engagement and brand growth, and who can lead a team of creatives in that pursuit. This is a ground floor opportunity to help shape the creative direction of Qlay's future. The ideal candidate will have recent success on YouTube, a deep understanding of the digital content landscape and the ability to turn ideas into episodes, a passion for storytelling, solid storytelling experience and the ability to lead creative teams. You'll oversee our flagship YouTube show, develop new formats, and guide content from idea to upload.The position is Full Time in Las Vegas, NV.
