JOB DESCRIPTION
Everforth Apex Systems is seeking an experienced Creative Director to lead the evolution of its creative organization into a modern, scalable, full-spectrum creative function. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, Head of Marketing Commercial, this leader will define and elevate Everforth Apex Systems' creative vision across the full portfolio - spanning brand, campaigns, digital, print, events, sales enablement, and every other customer touchpoint.
This is a high-impact creative leadership role that combines brand vision, creative excellence, and operational discipline. The successful candidate will help shape the creative function while building the systems, governance, team structure, and delivery model needed to scale high-quality work across onshore, offshore, and agency partners.
Creative Vision & Brand Stewardship
- Define and evolve Everforth Apex Systems' creative vision across all brands, business units, and customer touchpoints.
- Set the standard for creative quality and consistency across the full asset spectrum - digital, print, video, events, presentations, and beyond.
- Establish and maintain a unified visual language and brand expression across all channels and formats.
- Lead creative reviews, mentor the creative team, and foster a culture of excellence and craft.
Full-Spectrum Creative Asset Delivery
- Own creative direction across all asset types: websites, campaign landing pages, email, social media, paid advertising, presentations, sales enablement, events, print, and video.
- Ensure creative output is consistently on-brand, on-brief, and delivered to a high standard regardless of channel or format.
- Partner with Digital Marketing, Brand, Product Marketing, Field Marketing, and Sales to deliver creative that serves each teams goals.
- Maintain creative standards across digital and non-digital channels with equal attention to quality.
Creative Operating Model & Team Design
- Design and evolve a creative operating model that effectively leverages onshore, offshore, and agency resources across all asset types.
- Define which work is best performed internally, offshore, or through external partners.
- Establish scalable creative workflows that improve quality, speed, and efficiency across all delivery channels.
- Partner with Marketing Operations to improve intake, prioritization, resource planning, and delivery processes.
Design Systems & Creative Governance
- Build and maintain a comprehensive enterprise design system covering all major asset types: web, email, social, paid media, presentations, print, events, and sales enablement.
- Develop reusable templates, component libraries, and brand guidelines that enable consistent execution at scale.
- Establish governance processes ensuring quality, brand consistency, and accessibility across all output - digital and physical.
- Drive asset reuse strategy to reduce production time and increase creative leverage across the organization.
Global Creative Delivery
- Lead, develop, and mentor a distributed creative organization across onshore and offshore teams.
- Define production standards, quality expectations, review processes, and documentation that enable offshore teams to execute efficiently and consistently across all asset types.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve collaboration, reduce rework, and streamline production.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Champion AI-powered creative tools, emerging platforms, and automation capabilities that improve quality and efficiency across the full creative output.
- Evaluate and evolve the creative organization continuously - team structure, workflows, tooling, and delivery models.
- Stay current on design and marketing trends and bring new best practices into the organization.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 10+ years of progressive creative leadership experience in an enterprise, agency, or consulting environment.
- Proven success leading multidisciplinary creative teams across brand, campaigns, digital, print, and marketing communications.
- Demonstrated track record building enterprise design systems and creative governance frameworks.
- Experience designing and managing creative operating models that leverage onshore, offshore, and agency resources.
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing organizations and the full range of assets that support them.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience leading creative transformation or organizational redesign in a high-growth or private equity-backed environment preferred.
- Familiarity with enterprise DAM (Digital Asset Management) and CMS platforms preferred.
- Exposure to B2B marketing, technology, or services industries preferred.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma.
- Proficient with production workflows across digital and print; familiar with AI-assisted creative tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney).
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CMS, and DAM systems preferred.
OUR COMPREHENSIVE BENEFITS
- The compensation for first-year employees in this role is approximately $115,000-$149,500. (This is reflective of a base salary of $100,000-$130,000 with annual bonus opportunities of approximately $15,000-19,500.)
