What you'll be doing:
Connecting brands to real people in real-time, all the time
Working closely with the CCO, Group Creative Directors and Creative Directors to implement the vision and direction for the client and team.
Leading and directing cross-disciplinary development and execution of short-term (project specific) and long-term (account specific) creative strategies for a variety of clients across various industries including CPG, beverage/alcohol, QSR and casual dining, retail, fitness, fashion, automotive, and government
Collaborating with creative directors, art directors, copywriters, strategists, videographers and photographers, editors, designers, and animators. All in-house.
Coordinating with creative director and resource manager in projections for, and assignment of, creative discipline group members to client projects.
Working on everything from high-level brand concepting and ideation to daily execution on client deliverables
Presenting concepts to agency leadership and clients with confidence.
What you bring:
7-10 years experience
Desire to create award winning advertising with a team of highly motivated creatives
Team management and client facing experience
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships, internally and with clients
Ability to apply conceptual strategy, brainstorm facilitation, day-to-day directing of a project to completion
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite as well as excellent design and animation skills
Working knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, Reddit, and other emerging social media platforms
