exceptional conceptor and maker who can dig into a brief, ask the questions that make it better, and find the idea that brings it all together—then lead a team in making it great.
This is a creative leadership role built for social, with the expectation that you’ll stay both
on and
in the work.
Experience/Skills/Abilities Required:- 10+ years of experience in creative direction, social creative, or integrated creative leadership within an agency or similarly fast-moving environment.
- A standout portfolio demonstrating bold social ideas, strong conceptual thinking, and beautifully executed work across platforms and formats.
- Exceptional conceptual skills, with a knack for finding the big idea inside a brief and turning business goals, audience insight, messaging, and strategy into distinctive, ownable creative.
- Deep understanding of social platforms, audience behaviors, creator dynamics, cultural context, and content formats, with strong instincts for what feels native without feeling predictable.
- Experience developing social creative platforms, campaigns, and content franchises that can flex across organic, paid, influencer, PR, and integrated programs.
- Strong writing, storytelling, and visual-thinking skills, with the ability to move between copy, scripts, storyboards, creative territories, prototypes, and other ways of bringing an idea to life.
- A maker mindset. You’re comfortable leading and doing—shaping the creative vision while getting into the work when it helps make the idea or execution stronger.
- Strong creative leadership skills, with the ability to inspire designers, writers, video teams, creators, and production partners from first thought through final execution.
- Strong client presence, with the ability to present the thinking behind the work, evolve ideas with senior stakeholders, and bring a compelling point of view to pitches and new business opportunities.
- A collaborative leadership style that brings creative, strategy, social, account, production, paid media, influencer, and PR teams together around one clear idea.
