Production & Back-of-House Support
Assist with production for custom and/or online retail orders (wicking, pouring, cleaning and preparing glassware)
Clean, label, and price inventory for the retail area
Prepare materials for special events and offsite experiences
Create or assemble items needed for workshops, promotions, or events
Keep production areas organized and restocked
Provide general support to always ensure smooth operations

Position Overview
As a CSR at Mission Crafts, you will support our candle “bar”, retail operations, product fulfillment and production during our business operations. This role blends customer service, hands-on creative work, and behind-the-scenes support to help ensure every guest has a polished, memorable experience.
Compensation & Schedule
Pay Rate: $10.50 per hour
Schedule: Up to 15-20 hours per week, scheduled as needed based on bookings and business needs

Responsibilities
Customer Experience & Front-of-House
Greeting guests warmly, check them in, and assist with class flow
Help customers through the candle-making process and answer questions
Ensure fragrances, vessels, dyes, charms, and materials are fully stocked and neatly displayed
Maintain a clean, polished, guest-ready appearance throughout the studio
Assist with setup and support during special events, workshops, and private parties
