Reports To: Marketing and Brand Communications Director
Working directly with the Festival Foods Marketing and Communications team, the Creative Manager directs our brand strategy across all internal creative needs. This position leads a team of designers and works cross-functionally to bring brand initiatives to life.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- In tandem with agency partners, leads the creative vision for the brand.
- Manages and leads a team of designers in the strategic creative process for weekly price promotion across print, digital and in-store.
- Collaborates internally both within the marketing department as well as cross-functionally to conceptualize and execute creative solutions that can be translated across all platforms.
- Submits creative deliverables within the agreed upon deadline and budget.
- Creatively seek out new products and maintain innovative industry knowledge.
- Regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule, and adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS

- 7+ years design experience with an in-house creative department or design firm.
- Conceptual, strategic thinker
- Strong creative, organizational, problem solving and time-management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Work well with tight deadlines in a team environment.
- Able to take projects from start to finish with minimal supervision.
